The shipping time to Europe with express delivery ranges from 2 to 4 business days. For destinations outside of Europe, the shipping time with express delivery takes between 5 to 9 business days.
How quickly do you process and ship orders?
90% of all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days! We do not process shipments on weekends. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Which courier companies do you work with?
We deliver your shipments to Europe within 2-3 business days and to the USA within 5 business days using DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
Do international orders require customs fees to be paid?
Unfortunately, we have no control over customs fees, and they vary in each country. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees.
Is your order system secure?
Yes, we have a fraud protection system in place, and your information is protected by Shopify's security systems.
Can I change my order after placing it?
